Cost nothing
Both fees are waived on a ticket priced at $0 — the flat fee too, not just the percentage. A free show costs you nothing and asks your audience for nothing: no card, no payment step, tickets issued on the spot. The same applies to a 100% discount code.
What a buyer pays
Fees are shown to the buyer on the event page, next to the ticket price — never revealed at the last step.

You receive the full ticket price. Fees are charged to the buyer on top, not deducted from what you set. Payment processing is charged separately by the payment provider.

Inventory is held by a database guarantee, not a cache. Two buyers cannot take the last ticket.
A door scanner that works offline
Venue wifi fails. The scanner keeps admitting people and syncs when it can.
Tax invoices issued automatically
Every order gets a compliant invoice with your ABN, numbered sequentially.
Your audience stays yours
Buyer details and marketing consent are held for you, not locked behind a platform that rents them back.
Refunds and cancellations built in
Cancel a show and every buyer is refunded and notified, resumable if it fails part-way.
