What it costs
Two numbers, published. Ticketing fees are usually quoted as a range and settled in a contract you only see after you commit — so here are our standard rates in full, with the arithmetic shown. If your shows need something different, talk to us: we can agree a different rate for your organisation.
Booking fee

Of the ticket price, per ticket. Includes GST.
Platform fee

Per ticket, flat. Includes GST.
Free events
Cost nothing
Both fees are waived on a ticket priced at $0 — the flat fee too, not just the percentage. A free show costs you nothing and asks your audience for nothing: no card, no payment step, tickets issued on the spot. The same applies to a 100% discount code.
What a buyer pays
By default the fees are added on top of your ticket price, and shown to the buyer on the event page next to it — never revealed at the last step.

With fees on top you receive the full ticket price: the fees are charged to the buyer, not deducted from what you set. Payment processing is charged separately by the payment provider.

Prefer one simple price? Choose to include the fees in your ticket price and buyers pay exactly the price you advertise — no booking fee is added at checkout. The same fees then come out of your share instead.

What that includes
Tickets that cannot oversell
Inventory is held by a database guarantee, not a cache. Two buyers cannot take the last ticket.
A door scanner that works offline
Venue wifi fails. The scanner keeps admitting people and syncs when it can.
Tax invoices issued automatically
Every order gets a compliant invoice with your ABN, numbered sequentially.
Your audience stays yours
Buyer details and marketing consent are held for you, not locked behind a platform that rents them back.
Refunds and cancellations built in
Cancel a show and every buyer is refunded and notified, resumable if it fails part-way.
