Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy a ticket from Zentra One Pty Ltd (ABN 94698855784), trading as Zentra One Entertainment, through Kalyx One at kalyxone.com.

The short version

• The price you see includes all fees and GST. Nothing is added at the end.
• If we cancel, you get a full refund including fees, automatically.
• If we reschedule, your ticket stays valid, or you can take a full refund within 21 days.
• Nothing here removes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Who you are buying from

You are buying from Zentra One Pty Ltd (ABN 94698855784), trading as Zentra One Entertainment. We are the promoter of the events sold here, not an agent for someone else. Your contract for attending the event is with us.

2. What a ticket is

A ticket is permission to attend a specific event, at a specific place, on a specific date. It admits one person once. After it is scanned at the door, it is used.

3. Price and fees

Every price displayed includes the ticket price, our booking fee, our platform fee and GST. The all-in total is shown next to the ticket price before you buy, and again in full at checkout.

4. Payment and your tax invoice

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds. The confirmation email is your tax invoice and carries our ABN and an invoice number.

5. Delivery

Tickets are delivered by email as a QR code, normally within minutes. If they do not arrive, use Find my tickets at kalyxone.com/tickets or contact us. Your ticket code is printed in the email as well as encoded in the QR.

6. Entry

Entry is subject to the venue's conditions of entry. We or the venue may refuse entry or remove someone who:

• cannot present a valid ticket;
• is under the minimum age for the event where one applies;
• is intoxicated, violent, or behaving in a way that endangers others;
• refuses a lawful condition of entry such as a bag check.

Where entry is refused for a reason that is not your fault, you are entitled to a refund.

7. Latecomers, running times and line-ups

Advertised start times may change. Support acts, running order and set times can change without notice, and this alone is not a material change entitling you to a refund. A change to the headline act is.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy at kalyxone.com/refunds, which forms part of these terms.

9. Resale

You may resell or give away your ticket within the limits set by law in the state where the event is held. In New South Wales, resale above 110% of the original cost including fees is prohibited. We do not cancel lawfully resold tickets.

Tickets must not be used for competitions, advertising or promotion without our written permission.

10. Recording and photography

We and the venue may photograph or film events. By attending you may appear in that footage, and it may be used to promote future events. If you would prefer not to appear, tell staff at the venue.

11. Your privacy

We handle your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy at kalyxone.com/privacy.

12. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for providing the event with due care and skill, as the Australian Consumer Law requires. We do not exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, and we do not cap what we owe you at the price of the ticket where the law says otherwise.

We are not responsible for your travel, accommodation or other costs beyond the ticket price, except where the law makes us so.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
